Truth? Right!

 

 We sure had fun at the last GNO! Playing beach ball volleyball in our basement while sitting down was challenging but entertaining! Watching clips from Return to Me, which we wouldn't recommend watching the whole movie, went(due to content Mrs. Hendrick cut out for us to view!) along with our theme... truth. Sometimes it takes guts to tell someone the truth after you have already lied to them, but you won't feel guilty anymore. Often in difficult situations, we are tempted to lie even when we know it's wrong. In that moment, send a prayer to God. He will give you the strength you need to do the right thing. One of our focus verses was John 16:13," But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come." We also read Pslam 86:11," Teach your way, O Lord, and I will walk in your truth; give me an undivided heart, that I may fear your name." Hope to see you next time!
